- The thin, spiralled threads are flexible and elastic, allowing them to follow the natural movement of the fold during facial gestures. This prevents them from being noticeable in very thin skin and avoids any discomfort the patient might experience when gesturing.
- Use of a thicker needle (26G) helps create a larger fibrotic channel , promoting an increase in volume in the area, minimising folds and wrinkles.
